UFULAB CLEAN ROOM
A clean room refers to the elimination of micro-pollutants such as particles, harmful gases, and bacteria in the air within a certain space, and the indoor cleanliness, temperature, humidity, pressure, air flow speed and direction, noise, electromagnetic interference, micro-vibration, Illumination, static electricity, etc. are controlled within a certain range of requirements, and a specially designed space is given. General clean rooms include industrial clean rooms and biological clean rooms. The clean room consists of a clean room system, a clean room process system and a secondary distribution system.
Clean room classification
Clean rooms can be divided into industrial clean rooms and biological clean rooms according to their main controlled objects and application fields. The difference between the two clean rooms is reflected in the different control objects, and different application scenarios also have great differences in the complexity and difficulty of clean room construction.
Industrial clean rooms mainly control inanimate particles. The main application areas include semiconductors and pan-semiconductors, new displays, aerospace and other high-end manufacturing industries. The control standards for inanimate particles are strict and the cleanliness level is higher. Biological clean rooms mainly control inanimate suspended particles and living particles such as microorganisms. The main application areas include life sciences, food and drug health, hospital operating rooms and other fields. The control standards for living particles such as microorganisms are more stringent.
