Shanghai XX Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of YR Pharmaceutical Group established in Shanghai in 2015. The R&D base is located in Zhangjiang Medicine Valley, focusing on the research and development of biological drugs.
In March 2021, UFU Lab successfully won the bid for the renovation project of the new R&D building in Shanghai. The overall renovation of this project is 4 floors and the construction area is about 5,000 square meters. The overall project includes: the renovation of the office area on the first floor and the reinforcement of local areas, the construction of the experimental area on the second, third and fourth floors, including some clean areas and general areas, the installation and review of fire protection facilities, the procurement and installation of experimental furniture and equipment, and related supporting public systems.
Adhering to the spirit of "professionalism, integrity and innovation" and aiming to improve the quality of XX Biological Laboratory, UFU Laboratory provides first-class laboratory overall solutions for XX Biology: demolition projects for the first to fourth floors, new partial structures, Building decoration, water supply and drainage and heating, ventilation and air conditioning, building electrical, intelligent buildings, elevators, partial outdoor projects, etc.
This project is complex, with a tight schedule and heavy tasks. The contract duration is only 85 days! In order to ensure the timeliness of the project, in the construction process, the coordination ability of various professions is particularly important! Relying on professional construction ability and rich project management experience, UFU completed the laboratory engineering project of XX Biological New R&D Building with high quality and quantity within the contract period, and successfully passed the completion acceptance.
