This platform is designed for a 100,000-level balance with a secondary shock absorber, which absorbs most of the vibrations in the environment. The shock absorbers adopts shock-absorbing rubber press-formed adjustment pad; it can eliminate 18-32 Hz vibration in the environment; the second shock-absorbing device uses a 60-mm-thick granite countertop to eliminate 3-10 Hz vibration in the environment. These vibrations are mainly caused by foot vibrations, breathing sounds when people are close, wind noise, and road vehicles. The work surface is divided into two parts, the 60mm thick granite used for the balance, and the part is the physical board.
